Topeka Arts & Culture Master Plan

Beginning in 2021 and working into 2022, Group Creative Services is working with ArtsConnect Topeka on a comprehensive research process to engage civic input and build an inventory of cultural engagement opportunities. The plan maximizes economic and quality of life growth opportunities through these ongoing planning efforts.
