Des Moines Storefronts Project

Invest DSM is enlivening spaces in Des Moines’ four Special Investment Districts (SIDs) by connecting businesses to artists. Business and property owners using Invest DSM’s Commercial Grant Program for permanent and temporary improvements for businesses and building owners receive incentives to achieve distinctive storefronts by collaborating with local artists.

Group Creatives is helping to facilitate the artist selection process and manage the relationships between artists, invest DSM, and property owners.
